Help & Resources

Everything you need to go from "just logged in" to "making informed calls" — plus the fixes for the handful of things that occasionally go wrong.

Getting started

  1. Log in. Use the username and password you received via WhatsApp after purchase. The eye icon next to the password field lets you verify what you typed before submitting.
  2. Pick your market. On the Dashboard, choose a volatility index under Volatility. Volatility 10 (1s) ticks once per second — fast, good for short sessions. Volatility 100 ticks less frequently but swings more.
  3. Choose a trade type. Matches, Differs, Even, Odd, Over, Under. Each one scores the prediction differently — "Matches" wants the exact digit; "Over" only needs the digit to land above 5.
  4. Analyze. Click Analyze Digits. The AI prediction card shows the recommended digit and its calibrated confidence. Pie chart shows win probability vs payout ratio. Bar chart shows the last N ticks' digit frequency (adjustable in Settings, 10–200 ticks).
  5. Trade on Deriv. Place your stake on Deriv with the same condition the model recommended. If you have not registered yet, the Join Deriv button on the login page opens an account in under two minutes.

Frequently asked questions

What does "confidence" actually mean?

Confidence is the model's estimated probability that the predicted condition holds on the next tick, expressed as a percentage. It is not a promise. A 92% confidence call is expected to be right roughly 92 times out of 100 over many samples — but any single call can miss. Ignore unusually high confidence the model reports right after a market regime change; the underlying window is still catching up.

Why does the prediction change between two quick analyzes?

Because it is doing its job. Each new tick adds information, and the recent-digit window shifts by one. If the window is small (say 20 ticks) a single new digit can meaningfully shift the distribution. Increase the window in Settings → Frequency Analysis Window for more stable (but slower-reacting) predictions.

What's the difference between "Over" and "Under"?

Over wins when the last digit of the exit tick is 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9. Under wins when it is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4. Note that 5 is included in Over, not Under — some brokers use different boundaries, so always confirm on Deriv itself.

The tick stream stopped updating. What do I do?

The header clock keeps moving but the price panel freezes when the Deriv WebSocket disconnects. Open DevTools → Network → WS, or simply switch the Volatility select to a different index and back — that forces a reconnect. If it still fails after 30 seconds, Deriv's public endpoint is likely rate-limited; try again in a few minutes.

Can I change my username or password?

Yes. Account page → Change Credentials. You must enter your current password to authorize any change. When you change your password, every other signed-in session is revoked; you stay signed in on this device only. If you only change your username, no other sessions are affected.

Why did my account stop working?

Subscriptions are time-limited. When one expires the login is disabled until renewal. Ping us on WhatsApp with your username and we will renew or extend. If it is not an expiry, it is almost always a typo in the password — use the eye icon to check, and avoid trailing spaces (the field trims nothing but the form does compare exactly).

Can I use the tool on my phone?

Yes. The interface is responsive down to 320px. Charts and toggles work on touch. On very small screens the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu. The PDF resources open in your phone's native PDF viewer.

Troubleshooting checklist

Prediction card stays on "—"

The server has not responded yet or your session expired. Check the notification toast — if it says "Session expired", log out and log in again. If it stays stuck with no toast, refresh the page.

Charts look blank

Chart.js is loaded from a CDN. If you are behind a strict network or ad-blocker it may be blocked. Disable blockers for the site and reload. The numeric prediction still works without the chart library.

Login form says "Invalid credentials"

The password is case-sensitive and does not trim spaces. Re-type it slowly, use the eye icon to verify. If you recently changed your password, the old one is dead on arrival — use the new one.

Change-credentials fails

The most common cause is a wrong current password — that is checked first, before anything else. If the current password is definitely right, note the exact error text and send it to support via WhatsApp; some errors are backend messages you can pass along as-is.

Contact support

The fastest channel is WhatsApp. Include your username and, if reporting an error, the exact error text — it makes triage much faster.

Deriv Binary Options

Matches vs. Differs – Matches predicts same digit repeated; Differs predicts a different digit.

Over vs. Under – Over forecasts digits above 5, Under below 5.

Even vs. Odd – Even targets 0,2,4,6,8; Odd targets 1,3,5,7,9.

Risk note: Binary options pay fixed but lose stake if condition fails. Always size positions.

Schrödinger Wave Equation

Probability amplitude as wave function Ψ. Volatility acts as potential energy.

Time‑dependent Schrödinger: iℏ (∂Ψ/∂t) = Ĥ Ψ

waveFrequency controls oscillation; fermiTemperature affects spread.

About APEX Analysis

APEX is a research-grade analysis workspace for Deriv's synthetic volatility indices. We pair time-series statistics with quantum-inspired probabilistic models to surface patterns in the last digit of tick prices — the same signal a binary-options trader has to read in real time, but with a transparent, reviewable score behind every call.

Why we built it

Digit trading looks simple — pick a number, wait for a tick, win or lose. In practice most traders are guessing. The information they need (recent digit distribution, run-length, entropy, conditional probabilities given volatility regime) exists in the tick stream, but assembling it every second by hand is impossible. APEX automates that pipeline so a decision can be made in seconds, not minutes.

How the model works

Each tick's last digit is treated as a categorical draw from a ten-sided distribution. We estimate that distribution over a configurable recent window, blend it with a recency-weighted wave function and a Fermi smoothing term to control spread, then compare the result to the raw empirical frequency. The prediction is the digit with the highest calibrated probability, not simply the most frequent recent one.

The stack

Analytics run server-side on Node.js; tick data comes from Deriv's public WebSocket stream; the frontend is dependency-light JavaScript with a hand-built component system. Charts use Chart.js. Everything else is vanilla. No analytics SDKs, no third-party tracking.

The team

Quantitative research — Cris GB. Formal probability, stochastic processes, and the math behind the scoring model.
Engineering — the AceDevOps team. Backend, data plumbing, frontend, deployment.
Product & support — a small Nairobi-based group handling onboarding and 24/7 requests via WhatsApp.

What we are not

APEX is not a broker, not a signal-seller that promises win rates, and not a fund. We do not place trades on your behalf, we do not hold your money, and we do not guarantee returns. Every trade is your own decision on your own Deriv account.

The honest disclaimer

Binary options carry substantial risk of loss. Synthetic indices are algorithmic and behave differently from real markets. Past accuracy of any model — including ours — does not guarantee future results. If you do not understand a trade type, do not place it. Position sizing and stop rules matter more than any single prediction.

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These terms were last updated 28 October 2026. By creating an account or using the service you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use APEX.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using APEX Analysis Tool ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept every clause, you must not use the Service. Continued use after a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where binary options are prohibited by law, nor a person barred from using trading software under the laws of Kenya or of your own country. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are issued manually after payment. You may not share, resell, or transfer your credentials to another person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your username. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, notify us immediately via WhatsApp so we can suspend the account and issue replacements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of sharing, bulk sign-up, or scripted access.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Access is sold as a time-limited subscription at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Your subscription starts on the date credentials are issued and renews only if you choose to renew — it does not auto-charge. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge; beyond that window we cannot investigate.

5. No Financial Advice

The Service produces statistical predictions about digit outcomes on Deriv synthetic indices. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Predictions are informational only. You are the sole decision-maker on every trade you place, and you bear the full financial consequence of that decision. APEX is not a broker, dealer, portfolio manager, or investment advisor, and does not hold client funds.

6. Risk Disclosure

Binary options are a high-risk product. You can lose your entire stake on any single trade. Synthetic indices — while algorithmically generated and therefore not subject to real-market liquidity risk — are still volatile and can run against the model's expectation for long stretches. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose. Past accuracy of any model, including ours, does not predict future accuracy.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use automated tools to scrape, stress-test, or otherwise overload the Service; (c) resell, redistribute, or sublicense access; (d) use the Service to commit fraud or any illegal act; (e) circumvent any rate limit, subscription check, or access control; (f) impersonate another user or APEX staff. Any of these is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, models, documentation, and design in the Service are owned by APEX and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal trading analysis. You do not receive ownership of any part of the Service, and you may not create derivative works from it.

9. Privacy Policy

What we collect: your username, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), the date and time of your logins, your chat messages with ACE-RADICAL, and your interface preferences. We do not collect your email address, your phone number, your Deriv account details, or your real name unless you send them to us voluntarily.

How we use it: to authenticate you, to keep your chat history across devices, to improve the model, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising networks or data brokers. Data stays within our own database and the third parties strictly needed to run the Service (our hosting provider and our language-model API).

How it is stored: passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in a form we can read. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Your JWT session token is stored in your browser's localStorage, not in a tracking cookie.

Your rights: you may request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and all associated records, or request correction of your username at any time. Deletion is permanent — chat history, sessions, and account records are erased and cannot be recovered. To exercise any of these, contact us on WhatsApp with your username.

10. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage — not third-party cookies — to store your session token, your theme preference (light / dark), and the recent even/odd pattern used by the interface. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing site data on your browser will log you out and reset your theme.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Deriv's public WebSocket for live tick data, and on third-party language-model infrastructure for the ACE-RADICAL chat. Their availability, latency, and correctness are outside our control, and their terms apply where relevant. If any of them change their API or pricing, features of the Service may be adjusted or removed.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately — without prior notice and without refund — if you breach these Terms, if your account shows signs of sharing or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination your licence to use the Service ends, and your stored data may be deleted.

13. Availability & Changes to the Service

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or outages of our providers. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If we materially reduce what a paid subscription includes, current subscribers will be notified on the next login and may request a pro-rated refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX, its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately before the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEX against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought exclusively before the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be surfaced on your next login. If you continue using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.

18. Contact

For legal, billing, or data-protection questions: acedevops@gmail.com or WhatsApp +254 739 569 671. For technical support, the same channels apply — include your username and, where relevant, the exact error text.
